I personally am not a fan of supplements. I think eating whole foods far surpasses the power of any supplement. It is a good idea to eat ginger over ginger supplements but if the supplements are this good imagine what the whole food can do for you…


Ginger supplements reduced markers of colon inflammation in a select group of patients, suggesting that this supplement may have potential as a colon cancer prevention agent, according to a study published inCancer Prevention Research, a journal of the American Association for Cancer Research.
