Well-done Meat/ Fish/Chicken/ Egg Intake, Heterocyclic Amine Exposure, and Cancer Risk

Results from these studies are consistent with data from in vitro and in vivo experiments and suggest that exposure to HCAs through consumption of well-done meat may increase the risk of certain cancer in humans.
